HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Website: Simply add the products you want to the cart, select checkout and follow the prompts.
In Person: We exhibit at various fairs and events in Singapore. We also occasionally hold ‘open house’ mornings where you can come by with friends for a morning of shopping and nibbles.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payment through Paypal on our website which means you can pay with all major cards (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX) even if you don't have a PayPal account. PayPal is one of the largest and most secure payment gateways in the world. We do not store any of your credit card or financial account information.
While prices are displayed in both SGD and USD, all orders will be processed in SGD (Singapore Dollar).
Once an order is confirmed and submitted by the customer it cannot be cancelled.
Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.
In case you prefer other payment methods (Bank transfer, cash on delivery etc) please do send us an email and we will be happy to work it out with you.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All items will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment, if goods are in stock. In case of any delay we will notify you by email.
All items are shipped world-wide using Singapore Registered Post. You will be assigned a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your items have shipped. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of goods purchased. You can also choose to self-collect the items from our home studio.
You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the delivery service or on payment in full of the price of the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later. All prices are subject to change without notice.
For International Shipping - import duties and taxes are sometimes levied by a country's customs and tax authorities. Taxes vary and are calculated on the value of the goods. Payment of all import duties and taxes are the responisibilty of the purchaser. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon our shipment to the shipping carrier.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FEROZA PURCHASE?
Our products are machine washable in cold water (gentle cycle) with mild detergent and line dry. We recommend putting the product in a net bag during wash. Please refer to the washcare label on your product for specific care instructions.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?
Yes we offer FREE gift wrapping! Please mention you require gift wrapping on check-out.
CAN I ARRANGE FOR A GIFT TO BE DELIVERED DIRECT TO FRIENDS/FAMILY?
Yes! Please fill in the address you would like the gift sent to in the “Shipping Address” section at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
